See attached photo for my mystery memory board. Does anyone recognize the board?
I purchased this board as part of a five card lot on eBay. I bought the lot just to get a fairly rare Vector Graphic 8080 CPU board.
- The top section is all MM2102 1024x1 SRAM. If I am doing my math correctly that gives me 2KB. I haven't traced anything out yet, but my guess is the switches are for addressing?
- The middle section of 24-pin components is empty as well as their power transistors. I assume this was meant for large 5v RAM or maybe PROMs.
- The bottom section is all 74xx series logic and the jumper socket.
Thanks,
Marvin
