I'm cleaning up some cables, and, I'm not sure if this was ever made, but I'd love one:

A SCSI 2 cable: right angle (left) HD50M to HD50M straight.

Has anyone heard of this configuration? I see HD68 right angle cables...I haven't seen a right angle HD50

Never seen angled 50 pin cables, although have seen rounded ones early 2000s when they were the rage, like rounded IDE cables. Wouldn't be hard to slice one up every 5 wires and pull it to the direction desired with zip ties or whatever. Maybe a lil epoxy.

Interesting. Most of my HD50 cables use metal-plated backshells. You'd think it'd be a trivial thing to swap a straight backshell for an angled one. I checked a couple of catalogs for angled HD50 backshells and came up empty. HD68, as you observed, were easy to find.
So it looks like the Poles may have what you need.

You're a genius! ...and, I appreciate the assist from the community (I see you, Chuck!). Although Mr. GW313 is in Krakow, it appears the link is in China (of course!). I did fill out the inquiry form on the web page. Let's see what I learn. "MOQ 100"....but, free samples. Who knows.

It's not critical. I just want to dress up my PDP-11 connection to my SCSI2SD board. I should have picked DB25 as my connector, since this I can find...
