Seeing this (C-12 scope camera) and the asking price. Why?

Unless you have your own lab you're going to have around a week's latency there, I guess one would have to assume that you're taking these photos to put in a manual or something, not to actually troubleshoot a thing.

I'll admit here my bias as I process B/W film in my bathroom.

One can pretty often replace 120 film back with a digital back.
Not too cheap too, though

But by that point, Again is it more economical to just buy to buy a digital scope?

Probably. There are certain (limited number) of situations where an analog scope is best, but those tend not to be ones where a camera is needed.
