Sony Clie PDA model with the last black-and-white screen question

Hi,
Does anyone know what the final Sony Clie pda model was with a grayscale/black-and-white screen was?

I would guess the Clie PEG SJ/20... I own a ton of palm pdas, and far as I remember , that was the last monochrome model.
 
If you have trouble finding one let me know. Think I have one somewhere round here. Its not a terrible pda, and fact it uses AAA's still was nice.
