Spotted this in The Spectrum

It may have been posted before, but while on a car ride, I was flipping through the IEEE Spectrum magazine and saw this:

Its a working Lego model of Charles Babbage's Difference Engine
 
Aw. And Babbage, being ahead of his time never finished it if I recall correctly? He moved on to the analytical engine which may have been even more of a fantasy project at that time. If they only would've had LEGO in the 18th century.. :)
