I've set up a basic website / forum for computer and gaming in Calgary Alberta.

I'll be adding pages as time goes, about my adventures with my ancient computers. As well as any members that want to put up some pages.

Depending on the interest, this might turn into something other than an excuse to hang out, drink beer/cola, and play old video games :)

Whats with the attitude? If I can get a couple people together to swap games, or work on apple IIs, then it was a complete success.

I never asked for your opinion or blessing.

After some down time, and a couple "free" web hosts that vanished.. I've built my own server out of some junk in the basement and ubuntu, and the StateoftheArk Calgary is back online again. Running on an Athlon xp2000+ with an 8 and 10gb hd..

Still set up to do, and recreate the discussion groups.. So, anyone who was on it when it vanished, is invited back.

Turns out the port I was using for email, got blocked (after it was all set up). So no registration emails were going out.

Its working again..

Uh, everything's under control. Situation normal.

Voice: What happened?

[getting nervous] Uh, we had a slight Email malfunction, but uh... everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here now,
thank you. How are you?

Voice: We're sending a squad up.

Uh, uh... negative, negative. We had a reactor leak here now. Give us a few minutes to lock it down. Large leak, very dangerous.

Voice: Who is this? What's your operating number?

Uh...
