Strange screen with “IOU”

I am getting this screen on my apple our (with enhancement kit roms installed). It seems to have “IOU” on the screen which is strange. Does it imply a broken IOU? Not seen this before. Rams tests fine ina chip tester but of course could be marginal maybe?

My guess is that this is a phone autocorrect situation. The letters in "iie" are all just one position away from "our".

I wasnt aware the onboard //e diags could diagnose a faulty IOU. I guess because I have never heard of it or seen it before.

It's certainly a possibility. Is this the result of running the self test?

It states in the firmware source code that either MMU or IOU will be displayed if their tests fail

Has anyone ever seen this? I have never seen it. Only tam and rom.
