WAITS from SAIL on various DEC systems?

Anyone know the online whereabouts of any documentation on
WAITS from SAIL on various DEC systems?

This was the west-coast alternative at Stanford University, to the ITS system at MIT in the mid-1970s.

I've found lots of references in online encyclopedias and some photos & the last goodbye email, but nothing technical.

Any ideas?
