From now on we will require that a prefix is set for any items in the sales area. We have created regions and locations for this. We also require that you select a delivery option before posting your listing.
This will hopefully help us streamline the things that get listed for sales here and help local people better advertise their items, especially for local only sales.

I am interested in buying a Dell Optiplex GX260, preferably in good working condition. Specs don't matter. I would prefer that a blank hard drive be included. I'd be willing to pay at most $60 for the machine, but I'm open to negotiate. Item must be shipped.

You need to be specific about which form factor 260 you want, saying "vertical" isn't going to tell which one you want.
There were three GX260 models, the MT (Mid Tower), DT (Desktop) and SFF (Small Form Factor). Additionally, there was an SX260, which is an ultra small form factor. The MT, SFF and SX260 all could be orientated vertically.
I have an SX260 if you're interested in an ultra small form factor unit. I'll need to pull it out and look at it, it's been sitting in my stash for awhile.
I have a motherboard for one you can have free, if you ever do find the machine you are looking for. It will need a recap job. This era dell sucks for cap issues.

For a box that would fit a machine of that size, plus double boxing and all of the packaging, you're looking at $200 minimum according to USPS. And that doesn't account of potential import duties and taxes.
