So I have tow IBM PC Server systems that both have dead diskette drives. Both are Mitsubishi drives (MF356F-815MB) with those horrid surface-mount electrolytic capacitors that are notorious for dying, and seeing how these are the only two compatible drives for these systems that I have and that I have failed on multiple occasions to replace surface-mount capacitors on other drives (pulled off the solder pads), I'm hoping someone on here who has more experience and better tools for this would be willing to re-cap these drives for me.
I'm more than willing to pay for shipping both ways, as well as parts and labor if it means I can get these back in working order.
