Was the DNS virus thing that occurred last night specific to my area only?

I tried logging onto here last night, no go. Lots of sites, but not all of them, would display a "this domain is for sale" message, asking for your personal info and all. I know Eric has "had it", according to a recent post, but I said to myself he couldn't be giving up that easy!!

That wasn't a recent post and it only related to the board software, not the site or the boards!

I didn't see any DNS issues, though.
