What is the load address for machine code programs on the TI-99/4A

I'm working on some Ghidra Loaders for the "TIFILES" and "FIAD" file formats.

So far I can't seem to find what address code gets loaded to? It's not in the header for either format so I'm assuming it's set, perhaps depending on file type, or is indicated in some other way.

Also, the TI-99/4A is a lot weirder than I remember, to the degree that my question may not even make sense!

Yep no problem. It's a place I know from experience that has a good concentration of "TI-99 niche" folks, and depending on the query there may be more or less knowledge present there, here, or on other forums all together.
