Hello!

I'm trying to finish off my collection - trying to find my very first computer - I have the orginal motherboard and cards, but no case, drives or PSU. Anyone looking to trade or sell any of those? I'd also just be interested in a complete 5160.

Thank you!

Do you want an original "IBM" PSU or just one that will physically fit the XT's case? I have several aftermarket units which worked when they were put in storage. I might be able to test them for you even if you're interested. I've got no full height drives but a couple half height 360K drives if you might be interested in those. Unknown condition as I have no 360K diskettes.

I actually just this past week acquired a working 5160, Model F and 5151 monitor... but thanks for the message! I am looking for AT power supplies though, do you have any of those? Aftermarket would be preferred!

Nice! Do you mean 5170 AT (The weird shaped one) or Baby AT like everyone used for a decade after? I may have an original 5170 power supply that I'm not sure of working condition, and I have several Baby AT supplies. Would certainly be easier to ship such a component.

I have a 5160 I've run out of room for and has been in my attic for the past few months. It works fine has an XTIDE in it (along with the original 20 mb MFM drive that works but it's not connected). It also has an external 720k floppy drive, internal 360k floppy drive, and model f keyboard. It has a Tiny Turbo 286 upgrade which means there's a switch on the back to toggle between the 286 CPU and the original 8088.
I have the original monochrome (text only) video card that was in it when I got it but right now the computer is set up for VGA.
I'm in the Cleveland area.
