Hello.

I've bought a "CreoScitex Brisque Impose" (OEM:d IBM 7043-150 PowerPC) machine. It needs quite a bit of mechanical cleaning first but looks ok other than missing the power supply.

I believe the IBM FRU is 40H7563, it's a 250W job with special power connectors to the motherboard and the PCI riser card.

There are some on eBay, but the ones in europe are overly expensive (over 400 eur), and I'd like to avoid shipping and customs of buying from US.

Anyone have one? I'd be happy to pay 100-200 EUR max. Or if there are other fitting replacements I'd love to know the part numbers. (And yes, I've seen this about making an ATX adapter, but I would prefer to turn this only as a last resort due to not having the connectors).

Yes, this is a real 43p Model 150 underneath the CreoScitex labels (the bottom case label says IBM and the model number 7043-150 which is 43p Model 150).

I've been looking at power supplies and I believe that in addition to the original 40H7563 (listed in the IBM service manual) the ones with the last digit plus/minus a digit or two should be near identical and thus compatible. For example I've looked at the ratings of a IBM 40H7561, which is also a 240W unit, and the voltage rails and current ratings are identical. All of these are Delta DPS-250xx series (and should have four AT-style connectors for the motherboard and the PCI riser card, and a small header for the soft-power control on motherboard, with the usual molex-connectors for floppy and SCSI drives).

Would be great to find one within europe!
