Unpainted of course thus far and not labeled. Can't wait to finish my drive II sd card reader.

I hadnt thought of selling it. Just thought it would be cool. Let me finish the model and paint it. I have some custom stickers being printed. Perhaps I would make more. But I would not be Interested in finishing them off.
If anyonehad an interest in them I would make some more in "kit" form.
 
More details on this please. That looks really detailed. What is it made of? I'd be interested in one, or two :)
 
You could offload those easily on feebay or here or VCFs all day long I imagine :) 1541/other vendors would be cool too!

It was a bit involved and not cheap to get it right and working. Lots of trial and error and plenty of prototypes where nothing fit etc... However, I am not getting better at it. It was quite expensive to get it all done, but, I guess if I could offset the cost of the development by selling some...why not. I would definitely like to do all my favorite puters. With the cost involved, I would need to sell a helluva lot to call it a venture...just not gonna happen. Anyway, I am enjoying it. I will get a dozen of them done and perhaps offer them out at some point. Of course, I will offer them here. I am getting working on the painting and labels this weekend. I can;t wait to see it done. The intricate detail should be much more apparant once painted.

Off topic, but yes, I've finished the micro version.

Back on topic. I think if you can have these made at a reasonable price people will want these. Toys for hobbyists go over very well. Why are the pictures gone from the post?
