I am looking for a 386 motherboard that can handle DMA, 32MB of RAM and 256kb cache, preferably with bank interleave on both the SRAM and DRAM.

Therefore, something based on C&T PEAK/DM, SiS Rabbit or VLSI VL82C386 would be nice. These are usually full length baby AT sized.

Oh yeah, and the chipset needs to able to handle 40MHz too.

Does anyone have something like this?

I have a few I bought over the years. I'm in the process of testing a few out that I bought in the past. If they work, I will let you know. Are you looking for just a motherboard or a fully loaded 386 system?

I would imagine there are lots of secondary market resellers in China. Megatons of that stuff have been shipped to China for scrapping and secondary market resale over the past decades.

I think he wants to buy a known good board from someone here on forum and not waist time and resources searching though some scrap heap.
