So i was able to get a Dump from the PC/XT Rom and its Clearly dated 1998, I did try the AT Roms but the data does not look correct, kind of gibberish. Will have to try to figure that out or compare it to the version thats already posted on MinusZero's website. Thank you guys for the help.
