mine came with a 233 mmx -model 6562-54u , i found three extras but somebody messed up mbs { soldering ???} mine also is desktop , i've upgraded bios , ram ,video ram to 4mb ,am on 4th hdd, downloaded and printed entire manuals for it, had everything from dos to winxp loaded {just a little too slow}. i even know it came from a tobacco company in quebec before i aquired it in 2000. yeah i would say it is the best computer i've had {keeps taking my abuse } so when i saw you say you had one almost the same i felt compelled to tell you ,ha, ha! anyways , like i said if you ever need parts { no sell, maybe free or swap only} just let me know .

just wanted to say i have ibm 300pl 233mmx/384mb ecc and i call it the tank! great machine with 2isa/3pci, perfect bridge between old/new. ever need parts, have extra riser boards, inside front parts, cpus,etc.
