I was looking at this guide and wondering if this could help rectify some issues with 3.0.3, which I burned to an EPROM.

That said - would anyone have any decent high resolution photos of their 3/80 motherboard they'd be kind enough to post to this thread? I had some issues locating some of the ICs referenced in this guide, but a visual would be a great help as well.

I took some pics of my board with my phone. Hopefully they're good enough for what you need.

If you'd be kind enough to take a picture of this, but from a different angle (showing what's on the right hand side of the machine from the rear). That is, for what looks like U0405, what wires go to what pins and whatnot. That would be appreciated.

I'm also surprised you didn't have to replace capacitors in yours. One of mine burned, so I opted to replace all the tantalums, just to be safe.

This is as close as I can get with my phone. It looks like the chip was removed and resoldered floating around 1mm up and maybe one of the legs is bent so it doesn't touch the pad but it's hard to tell. I'll have to look at it with a microscope to see what's going on.

So I was wrong the leg is connected.
