So if the servers that ran the channels have been shut down, I suppose none of the channels would work, but would NetFind & the E-Mail stuff that it had still possibly work?

Do you mean AOL as an online service (software program)? Because you can still head over to www.aol.com and access your mail, news, etcetera, and download the newest version of the AOL desktop software. Also (disclaimer), this was a fun little project to see what works and what doesn't on AOL...

This software will be installed on a '386DX with Windows 3.1 and MS-DOS 4.01*. The hard disk will probably be about 1-2GB so there will be plenty of space. *= This MS-DOS version may be upgraded later to MS-DOS 5 or MS-DOS 6.
