Problem solved, I had the upgrade jumper on locked position, after that the upgrade went fine, and as another guy on the forum I also installed a pentium 200mhz (no mmx) on the mobo, although Bios says 100 MHZ speedsys, confirms a 200mhz cpu, and the system runs fine and fast now :)
