16-bit PCMCIA to USB Card - does it exist?

Thanks a lot for the help. Right now, the only way I can get software on and off this thing is by removing the hard drive - quite inconvenient.

Ok found my old copy of the Generic Cardsoft Utilities... Not sure how well they will work with 95 , If I recall correctly they worked just fine on my Toshiba 486, but been years since I missed with that machine.

Thanks for the link - will give these a go tomorrow. Gotta get to bed now.

If that doesnt work I have IBM Cardwizard somewhere round here... lets see if that works first. (y)

Also found this in the same directory, Cardview which is a similar package by same company... Can't remember which one I used, but both have ATA drivers for PCMCIA.

Haven’t had a chance to try it yet - will do at some point today.

Just tried… CardView installs but then says it requires CardSoft for windows. There is a cardsoft installer in there, but it’s the DOS version from the looks of it. Still won’t mount my drive.
Also, it’s worth noting that this isn’t a ThinkPad 560 exclusive issue, my 385XD and to my knowledge, all my other 9x laptops have the exact same problem.
