I heard a click and the 5150 shutdown. Troubleshooting I found that the MCB in the house fuse board had tripped. Reset that. Discovered the 220 VAC to 110 VAC step down transformer power lead plug fuse had blown. Changed leads, transformer came on. 5150 still dead. Changed PSU, 5150 posts.

Question: Would a blown fuse or capacitor in the PSU have blown those fuses?

The PSU has several security screws so I'm not able to open it.

I'll have to open the PSU if I can remember how I did it before. I converted a 110 VAC to 220 VAC one and I might do that with this one while the case is open.
