6511 aka R65/11 anybody use one for anything?

Apparently the core is a 6502 with some added 4-bit instructions, the bus is very 6800-like, and the physical implementation and feature-set is very much like a Z-8.
They has a built-in UART, 192 bytes of RAM, and came ROMless, masked, or piggyback "suffix EB". The early chips were 40-pin DIP.
FORTH is out there for them.
Someone did make a cute little board for the later QUIP-64 version.

I wonder if these were used in the Micropolis 1115 Floppy. The IC (U11 on the schematic) has a MOS logo, but house numbers otherwise. Maybe someone curious enough will check out the schematic and see if it rhymes with the 6511.
