I found a multi-function adapter from a company called "CC&C". It has 384k of ram, serial ports, parallel port and floppy controller daughterboard. I haven't been able to find any information about this board so far, but I figured I would share some pics and see if perhaps anyone can shed some light on it.

Also has a bad leaky Varta battery of course. This board is about to receive a vartaectomy and neutralization of the leaked alkaline and corroded area.

Follow-up

Vartaectomy completed and the area has been cleaned and neutralized. There are 3 traces to repair and 1 resistor missing a leg, but this board appears to be repairable.

interesting that the silkscreen was drawn for a coin cell but it ended up with a cancerous alkaline battery in spite

seems like a nice all in one card, pretty comprehensive. hopefully you can get the traces repaired :)

would be ideal for a slot challenged system like a later 256k IBM 5150.

Good news, the card is working! The repairs were 3 wires + a resistor soldered on the back of the board to reconnect the damaged traces. Everything seems to be working fine with this card. I am not planning to put a battery in it at this time, but the option is possible in the future.

I don't have the software for this card unfortunately, and I would be surprised if anyone did have it. Seems these cards were only produced for a short time. This is a nice board though, and it will go back in the machine it came from in working order.

More good news... I found the software for this card on the hard drive in the machine. It has the clock tools, print spooler and ramdisk utilities.

The card is called "The 8 Plus" by CC&C, per the PC Mag ad (linked a couple of posts above.)

The software branded as "7 Plus" V1.0 and consists of a few different .com tools. I'll try to upload it sometime soon.

SYSCLK tool sets the DOS date & time to the values stored on the clock card. Useful for autoexec.bat to set DOS date and time automatically at boot. I tested this with a reboot to confirm.

ADJCLK provides an interactive date & time input which will set both the DOS date/time and update the clock card.

DSPCLK displays the date/time values from the clock card. It does not show DOS date/time, but shows you the stored value.

When I was speed reading, "sysclk.com - sets system date/time to rtc values", I read the direction as system clock to RTC clock. I suggest "from" in place of "to".

I will add the software to minuszerodegrees.net (both 'Manuals' and 'RTC Programs' sections).

Yes, my apologies as my original description of SYSCLK was indeed ambiguous. Thanks for archiving the software!

I hope somebody else comes across (or has) one of these cards. Apparently CC&C also was offering a graphics card called "Lettertex", which was basically a MDA compatible card with a higher character resolution, described as "a 14x9 character in a 18x14 field". Would be awesome to find one of these cards too.

For a resolution of 1120x450? That must have required a quite expensive monitor...
