I recently scored this on eBay, a Vector Graphics Board for the ADM-3a made by Digital Engineering. It’s compatible with Tektronix Plot 10. The manual can luckily be found on Bitsavers (http://www.bitsavers.org/pdf/digitalEngineering/RG-512_Users_Man_1980.pdf), however mine might be missing ROM 1.
Does anyone else have such a board who could dump the roms for me?
Regarding functionality (without the perhaps missing rom), I couldn’t test that yet since I’ve only got a working ADM-3 board and not a 3a. There’s quite a few differences so I want to figure out first if it could even have a chance of working in the 3.IMG_6350.jpeg

Hi Magnedyne,

I have a RG-512 I got as a surprise bonus with a non-working ADM-3A from eBay. I have two 2708 ROMs instead of one 2716. Yours may be correct as is.

I don't have a ROM programmer or experience with them but should probaby get a reader/programmer/chip tester at some point. Is there an inexpensive path you'd recommend? We should probably dump our ROMs for safe keeping. Happy to share when I do.

Alright that seems good news so far.
Shame I haven't got an ADM-3a Board, only ADM-3. I'll have to make some modifications to the wiring, but it might just work.

I haven't got one either although I should really get one as well.
