Adobe Photoshop

I'm not talking about the newer versions, I'm talking about Adobe Photoshop 1.

It supposedly came on floppies and I really want to find it for my Mac 512k.
The thing is, I have only seen pictures of it. How common is it to find and who has it?
 
I have yet to see one, earliest I have is 2.5/3.0.

There was a competitor to photoshop back then that was just as good, can't think of the name at the moment.

Same here. I got 3.0 on both floppy and CD to boot and 2.5 backed up into a stuffit file.
It's nice on the Macintosh II (but would be nicer if I could find a Radius PhotoEngine or equivalent Photoshop accelerator card ;) ) but I want something really vintage.
 
Yea I have a bunch of DSP cards in use for Photoshop (some stand alone and some on video cards). The Storm technologies dual DSP nubus cards seem to be the most common and are on ebay once in a while, I would love to get my hands on an Adaptive Solutions Powershop one of these days.

The original photoshop was B&W I think since nothing but compacts were available at the time and print shops used their own software.
 
I probably have the archive around here somewhere for 1.x if you want to PM we can talk. If you want to buy 1.0 then try ebay and you better have some cash.
