I could not find much either. I think it is 2nd generation 16 line digital interface DMA for Q bus. DEC used the DR-11B and DRV-11B to do transfer data between different permutations of UNIBIS and QBUS machines. DEC Computing Support Services and Customers could wire them for bespoke equipment of their own design. They had bidrection I/O DMA and PIO, with interrupts and handshaking. They could do DATO, DATI, and DATIO at speeds over 200 KW/sec. I suspect the DRQ-11B can do burst transfers for even faster speeds and had trisate interfaces.

I used the DR-11B and MDB-DR11B (Q-BUS) to design and build arbitrary signal generators withhigh percussion/high speed data acquisition for medical research. The DEC DRV11-B had was a little bit different than the DR11-B.
