Amiga 500 accelerator

In my continuing going through a vast pile of "stuff" I was trying to get a Amiga 500 going. When it wouldn't work, I opened it up and found a loose accelerator board. I believe it's a CMI Rev 4 - what it says on the board. Are these rare?

68000 at 16mhz with the option for a FPU but no RAM expansion, probably not worth much but nice to have.
