When the Amiga 500 came out, I bought one, couldn't afford the Amiga monitor or much else at that time.

Move ahead 20+ years, I recently bought an Amiga 1080 Monitor in Excellent Shape for it, I guess having patience pays... lol

Yeah, That's rubbin' it in the eyes o' us Mac dorks! Yes! ...

But really while the Amiga is cool and is 68000 based... and there were ways of making it emulate the Mac, it really doesn't quite seem like something that would go in this forum department.

But congrats on the 1084, they're very nice monitors. I don't use mine on anything but my Commodore 128 though... I've got a VGA card in my Amiga 1200.
