Hi,
I found this card in a recently acquired Apple IIe. It carries a Z80 card plus RAM, and is labelled as a "cachecard".
Some Googling confirmed the existence of the card, but nothing more than that, not even a picture...
It looks like a rather nice Z80 card for my Apple, but are manuals or disk images to be found anywhere?
