Anyone know the source of these Intel Windows help files on elhvb.com?

These files contain some information about Intel motherboards. Bit of an odd decision to put them in this format. Anyway they contain some useful information, and I wondered if there were any more. I'm looking for some information on the Intel 401/402 motherboards. Does anyone know the original source of these?
