Apple II (IIe?) called "Polisher"?

Someone asked me to see if I could get this vintage Apple II (or IIe not sure) clone labelled "Polisher" he said in a joke ", perhaps it is a Polish-made system" I told him I would find out if possible where that label came from
Has anyone seen this before? goggling "apple II polisher" only brings those cleaning kits, nothing more.

From the cards, I can tell it has 16kb Language card, grappler printer card, Z80 card, 80 column video card, and disk II card

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the label. There were many thousands of mom-and-pop shops selling clones in the 80's, each with their own label.

can't quite see the power connector, but it looks like it is the 6 pins in a line variety, which gives it away as a Unitron-type clone

Reminds me of the saying "Polish the apple". To attempt to ingratiate oneself with someone via flattery - Like a student bringing their teacher a polished apple.

continuing my exploration and restoration of this Apple II/IIe/II+ (not sure what it is yet!)
So, some time has passed, and I have managed to get the board with the attached isa board on it (maybe a lower case not sure (see picture)
It now powers up and it comes up with a "HUNTER" on center of screen (so a clone of some sort) and when I press Shift-Control-ESC, "NEWTECH" types itself on the screen (se picture)
any thoughs or service manuals I could use woudl be most appreciated, IO am truly a newb with apple products and trying to get this fully fucntional for a friends of mine.

So, the boards I wonder about are the following ones (with my guesses) if someone could chime in to confirm what they are I would appreciate it.

1. I think a 80 column video board

2. Z80A Board

3. Floppy Drives card

4. a copy p[rotection copy disk drive board ?

The Grappler interface is a parallel port board intended for printers.

As for more information about the base system, it would be worth dumping the ROMs and comparing a hex dump of that with a hex dump of the original Apple II+ or IIe ROMs. Most likely you'll see very few changes (mainly to the power-up banner and the like), since typically the cloners pirated the Apple ROM and tweaked just that, but depending on how much difference there is, there might be other useful information in there that could come out in a string dump or disassembly.

With only 3 ROM chips on board, and sockets for 6, it really looks like a II+ clone to me, as that had only 12K of ROM and the IIe had 16K I believe.

Your right, others have mentions it likely a Apple II + Clone of sorts.
I was unable to get teh ATTA 80 Card and CPm/Z80 cards to play so far, bceaus eth ATTA80 Card needs a new 46505 Chip which I will source shortly and test futher.

The system board appears to have the layout of an Apple II or II Plus system. The IIe systems used some chip integration to reduce chip count and have a different layout.
