I finally acquired a power supply for my IIc and have been loading some software to test. I've tried text based games like Zork, then more complicated stuff like Ultima and Wizardry - all worked fine. When I attempted games like Jawbreaker or Apple Panic, they fail with "Error #8" So far I haven't been able to turn up any information about this error. Any thoughts?

I'm just guessing here, but it's possible that those games won't run on the IIc. When Apple came out with the IIc, and the "enhanced" IIe, there were lots of older Apple games that wouldn't run on them due to the differences between the 6502 and the 65C02, if I remember right.

I suspected that but couldn't be sure. Thanks for the assist.
