Artisoft "The Network Eye" / tne.exe; what was it?

I've seen a reference to an app called "The Network Eye", aka tne.exe; apparantly it was a remote control program for MSDOS systems.

Anyone have any information on it? Can't find anything else beyond a passing mention...
