So I got (stupidly) lucky picking up a Bell and Howell apple ii+ that needs restored, and thus I have a few questions.
1st is this has AV backpack on the back, which has 3 audio in rca jacks, and 2 audio out jacks (1/4), but the video out is thr issue...it has 2 bnc style connectors. So is it a 2 wire bnc...or is each connector 1 output?
Question 2 is theres only 1 card, its slot 0 and it looks identical to a language card, but doesnt say that it is only has a 16k silscreening...could it be a language card but not labeled? Or is it only a 16k card?

you're more likely to receive meaningful response if you throw up some pics.
there were six million microsoft 16k ram card clones that all call themselves 16k card.
only apple makes language card since it has an F8 autostart ROM on it.

Hi there, I've also been very fortunate to get a Bell and Howell Apple II Plus, mine was in really rough shape. The answer to your first question is that the 2 BNC cables are separate, it's meant to allow the use of two separate monitors, but if you connect only one BNC it will run just fine. Some period correct monitors will have a single BNC connector on the back, or you can hack an old BNC cable in half and put a composite (RCA) Jack on one end for a more "normal" monitor.

Regarding the language? card, it is my understanding that there were many different generic and clone cards available, including this brand new one...

I agree with the other responses that posting some pictures would help.
