Bios for Imagine 128 Series II graphics card wanted

I have this card, it's a Formac Proformance 80 i believe.

I know that it is possible to equip other Mac Cards with a PC compatible Bios (e.g. some Voodoo and Ati Cards).
I'd like to give it a try and test the card with a bios from an original Number Nine Card.

Can anybody help?
