Already some weeks i'm trying to revive "Biostar 1212V" motherboard.
In "start" position there no BIOS ROM's, no keyboard controller, etc. Now i have diagnostic BIOS from @modem7 ROM's DB - Supersoft/Landmark Diagnostic ROM.
I want to insert keyboard controller, but there again one challenge:

In motherboard manual is mentioned jumper "Keyboard controller pin" what can be set on pin 23/27/30/32.
There only what i understand - this pin is somehow related to keyboard, but where "pin" located and how i can check what position i need to set?
Part from motherboard manual with that pin position description (full manual is there).

What this actually means is "which GPIO pin on the keyboard controller controls the state of the turbo on/off line"

The computer should work regardless of how the jumper is set, worst case you will not have keyboard controlled turbo switching.

There are different “versions” of MBVLSI-168. I’m not sure exactly how different they all are, but I’d imagine there is a good chance that the BIOS would work.

Here is a manual on eBay showing a rev B board:

I think the V in 1212V means that it’s a VLSI chipset. I have a manual for a similarly named 1212C and it show a C&T (chips and technology) chipset instead. IMG_6583.jpeg
