Hey all, I'm Matthew. I'm a long-time listener, first-time caller located in south-central Pennsylvania (Harrisburg/Hershey area). I've been to the last few VCF East shows, a handful of swap meets, and some other events in the surrounding states. Figured it was about time to stop being anti-social and actually introduce myself.

A sampling of my collection:
  • PCs: Pentium 233 MMX, Athlon Slot A 750MHz
  • A couple PowerMacs and PowerBooks
  • Kaypro II
  • Texas Instruments 99/4A
  • PROTEC MicroSystèmes PRO-83 (Z80 CPU trainer)
  • Interis 64, my home-brew z80 computer long-term project
I guess I skew slightly Z80 in my interests, but that's more by coincidence than by design. My heart is open to all types, as long as there's something I can learn from it. I'm particularly interested in things that are relatively obscure, either to myself or in general. Learning about all these machines is what really draws me in.

I'm always happy to meet new people, swap stories and hardware, and wield a soldering iron if someone needs help with a repair. If you're nearby (or even not) and want to do any of that, please reach out.
