Commodore 1084 PAL monitor - instruction manual here

Hi,
I've scanned my manual as I couldn't find it already on-line:

This is for a Philips made 1084 monitor for Europe (so 230V, PAL, 50Hz video) with mono sound, RGBI TTL input via a DIN socket, composite/LCA on phonos, and RGB analogue via SCART. It looks like this (but mine is missing the front flap):

I couldn't find this manual elsewhere, if there is already a copy on the web please let me know.

PS I only scanned the English language section of the manual. Note typo on page 5 where 'or' was printed as 'of'. This was correct in the German section ('oder').
