It only has 1 CD-ROM interface: Panasonic/Creative Labs/Matsushita CR-500 series (no IDE drives, the older proprietary ones only) and I added a jumper added for disabling the drive headers altogether. I got this back in 2018 with a Creative Labs CR-563-B CD-ROM drive and I haven't used this card for a couple of years.

By any chance you still got the drive? I have the drive but half the faceplate is missing... LOL and it works!
 
I might have a spare. I just need to make sure the disc spins. I've had a drive that wouldn't spin up at all and I ran out of idears to get it back up and running. The other drive I have that isn't used will be tested to see if the drive reads discs and to make sure the sound card is working as intended.
 
Nice! I would love the faceplate and drive sled face if possible off the non working drive. Been looking for them for ages!
