Here's something for DEC 12-bit ethusiasts. Apparently DEC made a line of industrial control devices (analog, digital I/O, watchdog timers, etc...) used to control parts of oil refineries, pulp & paper mills or similar industrial processes. These Compact System Controller (CSC) devices connected to external interfaces via something known as the X-Bus. DEC made X-Bus interfaces for the KL-10, Unibus, QBus and Omnibus. I've scanned the CSC-8 X-Bus - Omnibus interface schematics in case someone encounters them. Feel free to copy and share.

That's an interesting (and useful) document by Remo Vogelsang (designer of the 8/E Omnibus). As I read it, it seems he's proposing a PDP8/X design based on a dual-width (A & B connectors) PDP8/X-Bus. The signal names he uses don't seem to match up with the X-Bus signal names on the M5941 M8361 schematics. I think Remo is describing a different X-Bus from what the CSC devices uses.

There's also John Cowan's PDP8/X (32-bit FPGA) design and yet another PDP8-X variant.
