Dead Tandy 1000 RL - Troubleshooting Help Request

I've got a "New to Me" Tandy 1000 RL Hard Drive. It won't power up. I've rebuilt the power supply using the technique described in this video on YouTube, but still nothing comes up on the screen, and the power supply goes to 0 volts like there's a short on the motherboard. When I measure the resistance at the power supply terminals on the board, there is not a short. Are there schematics for this computer in the Internet, or better yet a Sams Computer Facts? Any ideas about what to start with?

Don't have a lot of suggestions but do you have the riser card installed?
 
I wanted to tie off on this thread. I was able to buy a parts machine on fleabay and I determined that the root cause of this issue was indeed my re-built power supply. The stock Power Supply runs the machine. I will try again to re-build the second power supply with a different make / model of switching Pico-PSU.
