DEC RRD5X-AA CDRom caddy/tray for an RRD40

I'm in the market for a CD caddy for the DEC RRD40 drives. The actual model number of the caddy is RRD5X-AA. If anyone has any spares or can point me at somewhere to find one, I'm all ears!

I'm cleaning my basement and found one, complete with a remastered VMS V5.5-2 CD inside. I was about to post this to an HP LUG that still has some old DECUS members, but if you want just the caddy or also the CD they're yours. I've tried emailing a few times with no results.. Thought I'd try posting here too..

I have a couple of RRD40 / CM-201 CD-ROM drives that also have no caddies to go with them in case a source for these caddies is found.
