I found myself in need of some drive blanking plates, both with and without the drive LED.
Attached is a zip file with the STL files for both half-height and full-height plates, with and without the LED hole. The hole is sized for a Kingbright WP1043SGD or equivalent.
Both types can be printed without support. I used 10% infill.
