Dual C Static RAM Manual?

Anyone encounter this? HJ doesn't have it listed. It has the following dip switch settings I'm trying to figure out (I'm assuming BLK is Block and BNK is Bank?).

23/7, 22/6, 21/5, 20/4, 19/3, 18/2, 17/1, 16,-
BLK 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
BNK 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
