Dual floppy configuration

I've never done dual floppy drives in a system before, but I have a dual cable. I want to set up my Gotek drive as Drive A and this samsung drive I've got here as Drive B. I do not see any physical jumpers, so what determines A and B setup?

The twist. If the cable has a twist, the drive at the end will be A: while the drive in the middle will be B:. Some exceptions for oddball cables exist so ask more if problems are encountered.
 
Ok, I do not own a dual-floppy cable. I harvested quote a nice selection of single ones. To the Bay of E!
 
Depends on the drive itself, some 5.25 floppy drives have a jumper setting to determine DS0 or DS1 much like the original floppy setup in the Tandy 1000SX.
