Early copies of Works 4.0 and the Certificate of Authencity

There is a certificate of authenticity sticker on my retail DMF copy of Works 4.0 that shows a half naked child pointing at a CRT monitor displaying the "Start" button on a tiled background with the words "Microsoft". Oddly, later shipments of Works 4.0 appear to include a different, generic sticker.

Does anyone else know of this?
