EGA Card - Looking for Jumper Settings

Hey everyone! I picked up a EGA card hoping to use it in my 5160 with a 5153 that I picked up recently. Wanted to try some EGA games on CGA monitor. Having some trouble finding any documentation on the card though and wanted to verify jumper and switch settings. Anyone seen one of these? Only thing I could come up with was a post on the forums about TEVA brand and a manual.

Is there an FCC ID (or any other numbers) on the reverse side? The characters in the lower left are a clue, but they are obscured so I can't tell if it is "EX1AA" or "EXIHH" or ??

The 82C441 appears to be a VGA controller as per this page - https://www.dosdays.co.uk/topics/Manufacturers/candt.php

But on this page it says it is backward compatible with EGA - https://www2.vgamuseum.info/index.php/component/k2/item/1165-chips-technologies-p82c441-p82c442
