I don't know if you remember me but I haven't been to this forum in several years.I first posted here mostly about the Original Macintosh stuff.
I've changed my EMail address so I couldn't use my original screen name.
Well I was feeling depressed for quite a while since my father a WW2 Boeing B-17 bomber pilot passed away back in July 2004.Well I got 3 of my fathers missions in a computer flight simulator add on called Wings of Power Heavy Bombers and Jets by Shockwave Productions for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004(or now FSX).Sadly father never got to see it as it was released about 2 months after his passing. So yes that is his picture in the avatar.
Anyway I've found out more about my original Apple Macintosh's.I've found out that 2 of them have the logic board serial #'s of 2336 and the other 5132.
Apparently these are the pre 6000 serial numbered ones.Their significance is that these were the first ones in the Apple dealership sold in January 1984.
Both of them are working. Not only that but I've obtained the tan carrying bag,3 external 400k drives, the original modem and 2 Imagewriter Printers.
Back in the 1970's I had a HP-67 and HP-41c programmable calculator as these were more practical than the early microcomputers(well my opinion anyways).I also picked up 3 Macintosh 512k's have 2 Apple ][ e's and a nice stack of I.B.M. P.C.'s and I.B.M. X.T.'s I think about 4 of each model.
Well it has been a while so I thought I would come back to this interesting forum.
